2. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services for good, not evil. That means:- Personal and non-commercial use only (unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing).
- No reverse engineering, reselling, or creating unauthorized spinoffs of our content.
- No sharing, recording, or distributing coaching sessions, course material, or platform content without permission.
- No overwhelming our systems, stealing logos, or pretending to be us. That’s just weird.
3. Intellectual Property
All the stuff we create—from worksheets to websites to workbooks—is ours (unless it belongs to someone we’ve licensed it from, in which case it’s used with permission—and can’t be reused without theirs). You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any proprietary materials without written consent. This includes session templates, client portals, branding assets, and course content.TL;DR: If it says “MadeBySherpa,” it stays with Sherpa.
4. Your Account
Certain services (like online coaching portals or course platforms) may require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don’t share your password. (Even with your cat. They’re sneaky.)5. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We keep things minimal, ethical, and respectful. Our full Privacy Promise explains what we collect and why. We may also collect anonymized usage data (e.g., which pages you visit, how you engage with our platform) to help improve our services—but nothing that personally identifies you without your consent.6. Digital Products & EULA Notice
Some of our tools, templates, or platforms are licensed, not sold. That means:- You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, or distribute them.
- Ownership stays with us (or our licensors).
7. Electronic Agreements
By accessing, purchasing, or registering through our site, you agree that electronic submissions (like clicking “I Agree” or completing a form) count as legally binding. This applies to services, subscriptions, purchases, and any updates to these Terms.8. Coaching Relationship Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical relationship focused on growth. It works best when you show up with honesty and effort. We offer tools, not magic spells.Results vary. (And yes, we really mean that.) You’re responsible for your own decisions, changes, and outcomes.
9. Courses and Digital Content
You receive a single-user, personal-use license for any purchased or accessed course. That means:- No sharing login credentials.
- No republishing or distributing content.
- Access may be time-limited or updated without prior notice.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy:- Coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Digital product refunds may be considered if access fails or content doesn’t match what was advertised.
- Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, but access ends at the close of your billing period.
11. Third-Party Tools and Services
We use helpful platforms like Zoom, Stripe, Calendly, and others. When you use them through our services, you’re also agreeing to their terms. We can’t be responsible for their behavior (but we try to work with the good ones).12. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations, run without interruption, or solve all of life’s problems. We also disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or cosmic. If a resource doesn’t work as expected, let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it.13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, The Sherpa Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. That includes, but is not limited to: lost profits, emotional distress, rogue email typos, or spilled coffee due to excitement. Our maximum liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the service in question, or fifty dollars (\$50), whichever is greater.14. Right to Modify or Suspend Services
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, service, or access at any time—especially if it’s outdated, buggy, or no longer aligns with our mission. We’ll try to communicate changes when possible.15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be handled there. (Preferably with kindness and good coffee.)16. Updates to These Terms
