Client – An individual or group receiving coaching services.
Sponsor – The person or entity who pays for or arranges the coaching engagement.
Confidentiality – The obligation to protect client information and communications.
Conflict of Interest – A situation in which personal, professional, or financial interests may compromise objectivity.
Professional Role – The clearly defined capacity in which one is serving (coach, mentor, consultant, etc.).
Informed Consent – The process of ensuring clients fully understand and agree to the terms of the coaching relationship.
